print giveaway! i just found out last night that i’m moving for the summer so i need to empty out my current place asap! some of you may have seen these designs floating around the internet and i typically sell them on my etsy. i’m happy to say i sell a lot of them and everyone who receives them has been very pleased with the results. but i have a stash i need to get rid of and i could use some good karma so it’s giveaway time!

i have 3 carry on prints (by fun.) and 1 swim print (by jack’s mannequin). they’re my two best sellers and i’m pretty proud of them! why don’t you just sell them, you ask? well, they’re slightly imperfect. anyone who has ever touched a printer knows that they can be temperamental and as a result some of them have teeny tiny ink smudges that are barely noticeable. honestly you wouldn’t even see it unless you were looking for it. but since i know they’re there, i don’t feel right making money off of something that’s not 100% perfect! and i’ve already pushed my designs on all of my friends against their will so there is no where else for these to go but either internetland or the trash.

i’ll close this march 20th and then send them out during my spring break.  there will be 4 winners! likes and reblogs will put your name in the hat, and follows aren’t necessary, but appreciated! (i mean, i like jack’s and fun… and you like jack’s and fun… let’s be friends?)

The “get these fucking prints out of my sight” giveaway

• So, I have an Epson Stylus Photo R3000 printer
• I use it for the high-quality 13”x19” Limited Ed. prints in my official shop but recently it has been out to make my head explode by casually putting a random ink splotch on otherwise perfect prints
• I am seething with rage!!!!! because it only happens randomly so I don’t know what’s wrong and also I use very expensive paper and ink SO EACH TINY SPLATTER costs me a fuckload
• I don’t want to throw out the prints because they look fine otherwise but I also can’t look at them any longer cause THEY ARE FAILURES AND MAKE ME SO ANGRY!!!!
• People who follow me on Twitter can attest to my total meltdown and tantrum because of this
• They’ve suggested that I sell them as discounted Artist’s Proofs or something but INSTEAD I am going to do a giveaway
• Next Saturday, March 16th, I will pick one or two losers winners to receive these prints free of charge. They normally cost $80-$95, and I don’t sell some of these pieces anywhere else, so I figure if anyone wants ‘em and doesn’t mind the imperfections…
• The prints are 13”x19” and will be signed and dated and marked “PROOF.” I’ll ship anywhere.

This is probably the weirdest giveaway ever, but let’s try it out :)

Soon I’ll have more time for painting (finally) and I decided that it’s time to start accepting commissions (only if anybody will be interested in that, lol). I still need to think about some details (and prices), so for a good start I decided to make first one for free.

This is a rare opportunity, because usually I don’t take requests :)

In anticipation of Season 2 I decided that I wanted a Game of Thrones poster - who doesn’t right? I also decided to buy three extras and give them away. I’m feeling generous and wanna share my GoT love. Each poster is 24x36, so normal poster size. I’ll pick three winners. The first place winner will get their choice of the three posters above, the second place will get their choice (between the remaining two) and the third place will get whichever hasn’t been chosen. If you are picked for 2nd or 3rd place and don’t like either of the posters please let know and I’ll pick someone else.
